Help us build what comes next.

Beyond our established counseling and equine programs, we remain thoughtfully open to complementary services and therapeutic programs that align with our mission and benefit the individuals and families we serve.

Potential future collaborations may include carefully aligned services such as primary care integration, wellness-based programming, chiropractic or body-based approaches, and other evidence-informed therapeutic modalities that support whole-person care.

Entrepreneurial & Program Development

We especially value clinicians and professionals interested in helping develop specialized services, groups, or program offerings within the broader campus environment — with the autonomy of an entrepreneurial model and the support of an established practice.

Have a strong clinical or wellness specialty

Are motivated to build and grow programs

Value collaborative referral relationships

Are interested in developing innovative therapeutic offerings

Can independently cultivate and grow their patient or program base
